On Friday, October 25, 2019 from 9:00am – 11:00am, ISGS Associate Member leaders are invited to gather to share and exchange information, ideas and strategies to help further their missions, grow their membership and work towards access and preservation of genealogical materials.
This year's meeting includes a special presentation by Pamela J. Clark Reidenbach, MSSW Director of the Center for Nonprofit Excellence at Northern Illinois University. Her topic will be on the importance of strategic planning for nonprofit organizations including the components of a plan, questions to ask as part of the planning process, and how to operationalize the plan. There will also be a time for an Open Forum discussion by the members present at the meeting.
This is a free event for Associate Member societies as a membership benefit! Limited seating, sign up early. Invitation will come by email in early September. If there are spaces available, non-member society leaders can attend for $10. You do not have to register for the Conference to attend.
